Nationwide Solicitors Debt Recovery recognises that clients require certainty with regard to our fees, particularly when pursuing debtors. We have therefore developed and are able to offer clients a range of reasonable costs for pursuing their debtors.

All pre-action work, the commencement of legal proceedings, requesting a default judgment (where appropriate) and the enforcement of judgments can be carried out for at an pre-action low cost fee. As a result, where we are able to make a full and successful recovery, it will not cost you anything as all fees and expenses involved will be recovered from your debtor.

In addition, we also offer low cost fees for all defended debt recovery claims of up to £15,000 as well as certain insolvency proceedings. For debts which include a claim under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, we are willing to consider accepting as our fee the compensation and/or the interest payable, and recovered by us on your behalf, under the Act
